Philips Respironics Nebulizer Not Working. Requires no lubrication or maintenance. I have a philips InnoSpire Essence nebulizer REF -but have not used yet because there was no filter in the unit only an empty air filter. There are no serviceable parts within the unit. Although it is easy to use its helpful to know what to do if you encounter.
