Ford escape rear wiper not working

Ford Escape Rear Wiper Not Working. This is the 3rd time when the windshield wiper has failed for my new 2014 Ford Escape. Rear wiper will not work when turned on. I did have a door ajar light on but crossed 2 wires in rear passenger door to fix. Front wipers work 1. Check for power to rear wiper motor at the motor power wire going in to the wiper motor with rear wiper switch on. Reset the battery and it didnt fix it. This is the 3rd time when the windshield wiper has failed for my new 2014 Ford Escape. New wiring harness still doesnt work.
