2020-06-19 Rated 5 out of 5 by PMG from WORKS PERFECTLY Bought it a while ago 6 months and I have no problems. Remote does not work. The radio works fine. The remote stopped working years ago. With ALARM 2 flashing press ALARM MODE or ALARM until the display shows no Alarm 2 mode indicators. The Bose Wave Radio remote does use infrared but and this is the missing piece Bose did not set up codes for programming a universal remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PSB from Great service and product I ordered this remote a few days ago and it arrived promptly and works great. But this is only true in their high-end home theatre equipment. Many people think that the Bose codes dont work because Bose remotes use radio frequencies rather than infrared. Rechargeable batteries may not charge fully after extended use and some may have a lower voltage output. That was 2014 and my GM became irratated in the failed outcome of the new remote control and stored the radio away. The price was really nice.
